摘要
本文回顾了产销关系发展的历史 ,分析了产销一体化经营方式存在的可能性和必要性 ,并进一步指出商业资本独立化具有一般性 ,而产销一体化经营方式的存在具有条件性 ,强调企业应视自身条件不同而选择不同的方式。
The paper first traces back the history of the relationship of production and marketing,and then analyses the possibility and necessity of the existence of production-marketing integration.And further it points out the general conditions of the independence of commercial capital and the operation conditions of the production-marketing integration.And finally it emphasizes that enterprises should make proper choice according to their own conditions.
