领导变革矩阵:企业组织变革成功的因素分析 被引量:11

摘要 本文在对组织变革影响因素进行分析的基础上,提出了领导变革矩阵的基本框架:由序幕、过程和未来(3P)作为纵轴,共识、投入、一致、确认以及文化(5C)组成横轴。根据这样的矩阵,管理者通过建立具体的问题清单来有效地领导变革,从而提高组织变革的成功度。
