摘要
目的 :提高对类风湿关节炎 (RA)患者关节外表现的认识 ,减少误诊、误治。方法 :回顾性分析 2 16例RA的关节外表现。结果 :RA的关节外表现涉及多系统、多器官 ,常见的有贫血与白细胞减低、消化道症状、心血管病变、呼吸道与肺部病变和发热等 ;肾脏病变、淋巴结肿大、肝脏病变以及神经系统异常者亦不少见。本组误诊率达 39.81% ,主要因对RA的关节外表现缺乏认识而误诊。结论 :RA的关节外表现复杂多样 ,是RA误诊、误治的主要原因之一。
Objective:To improve the recognition of extra articular manifestations in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and reduce the misdiagnosis or error in treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis of extra articular manifestations was made among 216 cases of RA hospitalized from 1995 to 2000.Results:Extra articular manifestations of RA was seen involved in multiple system and multiple organ.Anemia or leukocytopenia,gastroenteric symptoms,damage of cardiovascular and respiratory tract or lungs,fever were commonly seen;renal and hepatic damages,lymphadenectasis as well as disorder of nervous system were also not rare.The misdiagnotic rate was 39.81%.The main cause of misdiagnosis is due to lack of full recognition of extra articular manifestations of RA.Conclusions:Extra articular manifestations of RA is very complicated,which is one of main causes of misdiagnosis or error in treatment.
