摘要
利用透射电子显微镜对含钛低合金高强钢的焊接热影响区 (HAZ)晶内铁素体 (IGF)的形核机理进行了试验研究。对 IGF精细组织的研究表明 ,IGF非均匀形核核心主要为外部析出了一层 Mn硫化物并富含Si元素的 Ti氧化物复合粒子 ;对该复合夹杂物粒子的 EDX谱分析表明 ,该粒子对 Si的吸附能力大于 Mn;IGF的形核长大与 Mn硫化物的热膨胀相关系数、复合夹杂物粒子周围存在的小范围贫 Mn区以及该粒子中的富
The nature and mechanism of nucleation of intra-granular ferrite (IGF)in heat-affected zone(HAZ)of Ti-bearing HSLA steels are investigated with transmission electronic microscopy(TEM).The main heterogeneous nuclei for IGF under different welding heat inputs are composite Ti oxide inclusions rich in Si and wrapped in precipitated Mn sulfides.The EDX spectrum analysis of the particles implies it's absorption ability for Si is bigger than that for Mn.The heterogeneous nucleation and growth of IGF is affected by the thermal expansion coefficients of Mn sulfides,the Mn depleted zone (MDZ) developed around the particle and the Si enrichment of the particle.
