摘要
橡胶树枯萎病是橡胶树上发现的一种新病害,由尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)引起。为预防这种橡胶树新病害的潜在威胁,测定了橡胶树枯萎病防治药剂的室内毒力。结果表明,咪鲜胺、百菌清、吡唑醚菌酯、多菌灵对其病原菌尖孢镰刀菌的EC 50值分别为0.73,9.66,1.71,1.01 mg·L^-1。多菌灵与咪鲜胺复配比为1∶5时对橡胶树尖孢镰刀菌具有最大的抑制活性(EC 50值为0.17 g·L^-1)和复配增效比(增效系数SR为6.01),表现出显著的增效作用。
Fusarium wilt is a new disease found in rubber trees in Hainan, and is caused by Fusarium oxysporum . In order to control the potential threat of this disease, fungicides in laboratory against pathogen Fusarium oxysporum were screened, and their indoor virulence against the pathogen was determined. The results showed that the EC 50 values of prochloraz, chlorothalonil, pyraclostrobin and carbendazim were 0.732 8 , 9.661 7 , 1.709 4 , 1.012 4 mg·L^ -1 , respectively. The co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture of carbendazim and prochloraz (1∶ 5) showed synergistic effects, and the EC 50 value of the mixture was 0.17 mg·L^ -1 and the SR value 6.01.
