摘要
现阶段,国内医疗卫生体制的改革正在不断深入,而医院所负责的科研项目及科研经费来源也正在向着日渐复杂化的方向发展。因此加强医院科研经费绩效管理,提高科研课题研究的有效性也便成为了我们所必须要重视的一部分工作。“互联网+”环境下,医院科研经费管理优化改革将会面临诸多新机遇、新挑战,我们需要正视其中的不足之处,利用好“互联网+”的优势解决好其中的问题,优化医院科研经费绩效管理并明确其成效。
At this stage, the reform of the domestic medical and health system is deepening, and the research projects and research funding sources that the hospital is responsible for are also becoming more and more complicated. Therefore, strengthening the performance management of hospital research funding and improving the effectiveness of research on scientific research topics have become part of the work we must pay attention to. Under the "Internet +" environment, the optimization reform of research funding of management will face many new opportunities and new challenges. We need to face up to the shortcomings, make good use of the advantages of "Internet +" to solve the problems, optimize the performance management of hospitalresearch funding, and clarify its effectiveness.
