不同杀虫剂对草地贪夜蛾的室内毒杀效果及毒力测定 被引量:23

摘要 【目的】筛选可防治草地贪夜蛾的高效低毒药剂,为田间防控草地贪夜蛾提供科学依据。【方法】选取登记靶标为鳞翅目害虫的化学单剂(15种)、化学复配剂(9种)和生物源农药(4种)3个类型7个种类共28种农药,通过浸虫法和浸叶法研究不同药剂对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫的室内毒杀效果,并测定其中7种室内毒杀效果较好药剂对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫的致死中浓度(LC50)。【结果】3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂、35%氯虫苯甲酰胺水分散粒剂、19%乙基多杀菌素水分散粒剂、240 g/L虫螨腈悬浮剂、10%醚菊酯悬浮剂和50 g/L虱螨脲乳油等6种化学杀虫剂单剂和10%甲维·茚虫威悬浮剂、12%甲维·氟酰胺微乳剂、34%乙多·甲氧虫悬浮剂和40%氯虫·噻虫嗪水分散粒剂4种复配药剂对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫均具有较好的杀虫效果,害虫的校正死亡率在80.0%以上;其中,3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂和10%甲维·茚虫威悬浮剂表现出较好的速效性,2龄幼虫在各处理浓度下24 h内全部死亡,3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂处理12 h的LC50仅为0.6 mg/L。生物农药中100亿芽孢/g苏云菌可湿性粉剂具有较好的毒杀效果,处理48 h的LC50为1.5 mg/L。【结论】3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂对草地贪夜蛾具有较好的毒杀效果和速效性,可作为草地贪夜蛾田间应急防治的首选药剂;100亿芽孢/g苏云菌可湿性粉剂可用于有绿色防控需求作物上的草地贪夜蛾防治。在草地贪夜蛾的防治中要注意轮换用药,并综合运用生物、物理和化学防治方法,以获得较好的防控效果。 【Objective】The effective insecticides with low toxicity against Spodoptera frugiperda were screened to provide scientific basis for the prevention of S.frugiperda.【Method】A total of 28 chemical insecticides were selected,there were three types and seven kinds including chemical single agent insecticides(15),chemical compound insecticides(9)and biological insecticides(4).The indoor toxicity of the insecticides against 2nd instar larvae of S.frugiperda were studied by dip insects and leaf methods,and the lethal concentration 50(LC50)of seven kinds of insecticides which had sound effects were detected.【Result】Six chemical single agent insecticides including 3%emamectin benzoate ME,35%chlorantraniliprole WG,19%spinetoram WG,240 g/L chlorfenapyr SC,10%etofenprox SC,50g/L lufenuron EC and four chemical compound insecticides including 10%emamectin benzoate+indoxacarb SC,12%emamectin benzoate+fluoroamide ME,34%spinetoram+methoxyfenozide SC,40%chlorantraniliprole+thiamethoxam WG had higher toxicity to 2^nd instar larvae of S.frugiperda than other insecticides,with the corrected mortality rate of over 80.0%.Among these insecticides,3%emamectin benzoate ME and 10%emamectin benzoate+indoxacarb SC showed better quick-acting effect.The 2nd instar larvae all died in 24 h under each treatment concentration,and the LC50 of 3%emamectin benzoate ME for 12 h treatment was only 0.6 mg/L.The bio-insecticide of 10 billion spores/g Bacillus thuringiensis WP had good toxicity effect,and the LC50 of treatment for 48 h was 1.5 mg/L.【Conclusion】3%emamectin benzoate ME has a good toxicity and quick-acting effect on S.frugiperda,and can be the first choice for S.frugiperda field control.Ten billion spores/g B.thuringiensis WP can be applied on the S.frugiperda management where green prevention and control are required.Furthermore,the occurrence of S.frugiperda in the field can be prevented by alternate insecticides,comprehensive management of biological,physical and chemical control methods can achieve better control effects.
