摘要
随着人们生活质量的不断提升,人们越来越关注电能质量对生活的影响。而电力系统可靠性分析便是衡量电能质量的一个关键性指标。在日常生活中,由于用户负荷需求的弊端改变以及电力设备可能发生的随机故障,使得电力系统运行具有很强的随机性。本文对IEEE-RTS系统机组九种类型共32台发电机的可靠性进行了分析计算,通过分析不同情况下机组可能发生的故障情况及其概率,以及故障所带来的停电量和损失,分别求出其系统的失负荷概率LOLP、期望失电量EENS和停电损失。对系统的可靠性进行了相对客观的评价,为电力系统的规划和运行具有指导性建议。
With the continuous improvement of people’s life quality, people pay more and more attention to the impact of power quality on life. Power system reliability analysis is a key index to measure power quality. In daily life, due to the malpractice change of user load demand and the random failure of power equipment, the operation of power system has a strong randomness. This paper analyzes and calculates the reliability of 32 generators of nine types of IEEE-RTS system units. By analyzing the possible failure conditions and their probabilities of units under different circumstances, as well as the power failure quantity and loss caused by the failure, LOLP, expected power loss EENS and power failure loss of the system are calculated respectively. The reliability of the system is evaluated objectively, which provides some guidance for the planning and operation of the power system.
