摘要
采用硬度测试、室温拉伸、电导率测试等技术研究了Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金的室温力学性能及电导率。结果表明:Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金有明显的欠时效、峰值时效、过时效三个阶段的时效硬化特性,其峰值时效硬度最大为143.4 HV,在峰值时效后在较短时间内硬度下降更快;Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金适宜的固溶制度为550℃/2h,峰值时效制度为155℃/14h;在时效温度范围一定的条件下,时效温度越低,峰值时效条件下的合金强度越高;随着时效温度的升高或时效时间的延长,电导率呈小幅升高趋势;相比于时效时间,电导率的变化随时效温度的变化更为明显。
The mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of Al-Mg-Si-Cu Alloy are studied by means of hardness test,tensile test at room temperature and electrical conductivity test.The results show that Al-Mg-Si-Cu Alloy has obvious aging hardening characteristics in three stages:underaging,peak aging and overaging,and the maximum peak aging hardness of the alloy is 143.4 HV;the hardness of the alloy decreases faster in a short time after peak aging.The suitable solid solution system of the alloy is 550℃/2h,and the suitable peak aging system is 155℃/14h.Under the condition of certain aging temperature range,the lower the aging temperature,the higher the strength of the alloy under peak aging conditions;the conductivity increases slightly with the increase of aging temperature or aging time;The aging time and the change of the conductivity are more obvious.
