摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+0.1%磷酸水为流动相,使用以ZORBAXSB-C18、5μm为填料的不绣钢柱和DAD检测器,在264nm波长下对20%三氟苯嗤之以嘧啶水分散粒剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法检测三氟苯嘧啶的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.08,变异系数为0.40%,平均回收率为99.74%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Triflumezopyrim 2 0% WG by HPLC with acetonitrile and H20 as mobile phase,ZORBAX SB-C18 and DAD at 264nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of Triflumezopyrim were 0.999 9,the standard deviation were 0.08,the variation coefficient was 0.40%,the average recovery was 99.74%.
