摘要
利用CHARLS全国追踪调查数据,对残疾女性的就业机会和就业质量的状况和影响因素进行研究,发现:较之残疾男性,女性残疾人的劳动参与率更低、就业质量更差,且生育对不同性别残疾人就业的影响机制既有相同之处,但也存在性别差异。总体看来,生育数量和生育质量是造成残疾女性与残疾男性之间就业差异的主要原因。针对残疾女性这一特殊群体,应兼顾按政策生育与生育安全,从对子女数量的追逐转变为对子女质量的关注,别一味鼓励催生,在尊重残疾女性生育权利且残疾女性身心允许的情况下,尽可能保障有生育意愿和行为的残疾女性就业,降低生育对残疾女性的就业影响。
Based on the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey,this paper studies the employment opportunities,employment quality of disabled women and the influencing factors.It is found that compared with disabled men,disabled women have lower labor participation rate and worse quality of employment.Fertility impact the disabled in some way likely the same to both male and female,and some way different by gender.Overall,the number and quality of child births are the main reasons for the gender differences in employment of the disabled.To promote the life quality and employment off the disabled women,the social policies and actions should be based on the fertility by policy and reproductive safety to promote the pursuit of the reproduction quality instead of reproduction quantity,and the promotion of their employment should be based on respecting their reproductive rights,their physical and mental health as well as on their fertility desire.
