摘要
为提高热带潮湿气候条件下蒸发冷却空调系统的制冷效率和舒适度,提出一种复合式蒸发预冷空调系统。该复合系统将间接蒸发式换热器作为预冷装置与传统的机械蒸汽压缩机组相结合,通过建立针对间接蒸发换热器和冷却盘管的数学模型,研究利用室内排风作为工作空气的预冷性能。数值模拟结果表明,在潮湿环境下,间接蒸发冷却预冷装置可以降低空气温度并可将空气中的水分冷凝。在典型工况下,复合系统能够采用更高温度的冷冻水。因预冷过程以及冷水机组效率的提高,该复合式蒸发预冷空调系统能够在热带潮湿环境下实现节能。
In order to improve the refrigeration efficiency and comfort of evaporative cooling air conditioning system in humid tropical climatic conditions,a hybrid evaporative pre-cooled air-conditioning system was proposed.The hybrid system combines an indirect evaporative heat exchanger(IEHX)as a pre-cooling unit with a conventional mechanical vapor compressor unit.By establishing a mathematical model for the IEHX and the cooling coil,the pre-cooling performance was studied.In a humid tropical climate,the numerical simulation results show that the indirect evaporative cooling pre-cooling device can reduce the air temperature and condense the moisture from the air.In addition,under typical conditions,the hybrid system can use chilled water at a higher temperature.Due to the pre-cooling process and the increased efficiency of the chiller,the combined evaporative pre-cooling air conditioning system is able to achieve considerable energy saving potential in humid tropical climate.
