摘要
针对兴安直流输电工程频繁出现的某型号继电器绝缘失效导致交流滤波器跳闸事件,分析该型号继电器失效机理。首先,对继电器进行解剖,指出该型号继电器存在结构设计缺陷;然后,通过实验检测出继电器塑料表面油质液体具有导电性,分析该导电液体的物质成分,推断导电液体的来源为塑料中的助剂;最后,分析继电器失效过程,并提出相应的反事故措施。实际运行结果表明,所提出的措施能有效解决因继电器失效导致的交流滤波器跳闸问题。
Aiming at frequent tripping of the AC filter in Xing an HVDC project caused due to relay insulation failure,this paper analyzes failure mechanism of the relay.By dissecting the relay,it firstly points out there are defects in structure design of this typed relay.Then conductivity of oil like liquid on the plastic surface of the relay is detected by experiment,and the paper analyzes material composition in the conductive liquid and concludes the source is additives in the plastic.Finally,it analyzes failure process of the relay and proposes relevant anti-accident measures.Actual operation results indicate the proposed measures can effectively solve the problem of tripping of the AC filter caused by relay insulation failure.
