摘要
为了提高SMS(纺黏-熔喷-纺黏)抗静电性能与拒水性能,对SMS非织造布试样进行通过碳纳米管(CNT)、CAP-501抗静电剂浸渍处理和磁控溅射镀铜膜处理,然后测试样品的静水压值、表面比电阻和接触角。通过测试发现,加入CNT后,试样的抗静电性能与拒水性能都获得改善与加强;加入CAP-501抗静电剂后,试样的抗静电性增强但拒水性能下降;镀铜后,试样抗静电性能加强,拒水性获得改善;3种处理方式中,抗静电性能及拒水性能皆提高的最佳处理方式效果为碳纳米管(CNT)浸渍。
In order to improve the antistatic properties and water repellent properties of SMS(spunbond-meltblown-spunbond),the samples of SMS nonwovens were treated with carbon nanotube(CNT),CAP-501 antistatic agent impregnation,and magnetron sputtering copper film.Then,hydrostatic pressure,surface specific resistance and contact angle of the samples were tested.After testing,the antistatic property and water repellency property of the samples after adding CNT were improved and enhanced.The antistatic property of samples after adding CAP-501 antistatic agent,was enhanced but the water repellency property decreased.The antistatic property and water repellency property of the samples after copper plating were improved.Among the three treatment methods,the carbon nanotube(CNT)dipping treatment had the best antistatic performance and water repellent performance.
