摘要
目的探究针对精神分裂症患者实施无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)后对患者记忆的远期影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月期间本院收治的精神分裂症患者共计40例,并且根据接受无抽搐电休克治疗方式进行划分,另外选取健康人群20例作为对照组;从未接受无抽搐电休克治疗的精神分裂症患者20例作为非MECT组,而接受无抽搐电休克治疗的精神分裂症患者20例作为MECT组。对比分析3组认知功能成套测验(MCCB)、词汇记忆测验视觉版(WMT)、PANSS评分以及GAF评分。结果对照组在主观记忆、延迟再认、一致性、即时再认、视觉记忆、言语记忆、空间广度等评分上都高于MECT组与非MECT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的PANSS评分均低于MECT组与非MECT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的GAF评分均高于MECT组与非MECT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者实施无抽搐电休克治疗后,会对患者记忆功能会产生远期的影响。
Objective To explore the long-term effects of MECT on memory in schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 40 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy(MECT).Among them,20 healthy people were taken as control group,and 20 schizophrenic patients who had never received nonconvulsive electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)as non-MECT group,and 20 patients with schizophrenia receiving modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)were selected as MECT group.The cognitive function test(MCCB),vocabulary memory test visual version(WMT),PANSS score and GAF score were compared among the three groups.Results The scores of subjective memory,delayed recognition,consistency,immediate recognition,visual memory,verbal memory and spatial breadth in the control group were higher than those in the MECT group and the non-MECT group(P<0.05),and the PANSS scores in the control group were lower than those in the MECT group and the non-MECT group(P<0.05).The GAF score of control group was higher than that of MECT group and non-MECT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MECT has a long-term effect on memory function in schizophrenic patients.
