摘要
针对当前煤矿用自救器在佩戴时只能斜跨于腰间,不能固定在腰间,由于晃动影响其工作的正常操作,在使用时操作比较复杂,不便于及时隔绝有毒有害气体并提供氧气,在使用自救器撤离灾区时容易造成口具脱落,且不便于开展互救等。通过分析现有自救器的结构及工作原理以及佩戴使用方式,总结查找存在的缺点,设计将自救器鼻夹、口具与口罩等进行功能融合,制作成面罩,增加储气仓、呼气管、吸气管,合理布置有关部件。通过优化自救器使得佩戴更加方便、快捷,减少了对其他工作正常操作时的影响,进一步提高自救器佩戴使用的可靠性。
For the current coal mine self-rescuer,it can only be slanted across the waist when wearing,and can not be fixed at the waist.Because the shaking affects the normal operation of the work,the operation was more complicated during use,and it was not convenient to isolate the toxic and harmful gas and provide oxygen in time.When using the self-rescuer to evacuate the disaster area,it was easy to cause the mouth to fall off and it was not convenient to carry out mutual rescue.By analyzing the structure and working principle of the existing self-rescuer and the way of wearing it,we summarized the shortcomings of the existing self-rescuer and designed the self-rescuing nose clip,mouthpiece and mask to integrate functions,make a mask,and increase the gas storage and exhalation tube,suction pipe,reasonable arrangement of related components.By optimizing the self-rescuer,the wearing is more convenient and quick and the influence on the normal operation of other work is reduced,and the reliability of wearing the self-rescuer is further improved.
