摘要
国家能源神东煤炭集团公司从国外引进并经多次改良的综采工作面预掘多通道式回撤工艺,以安全、快速、高效的优点成为综采工作面快速搬家工艺的行业标准。目前,晋、陕、蒙地区大型煤矿应用预掘多通道式回撤工艺比较广泛,几乎全面替代了原轨道运输的自采通道式回撤工艺。传统的自采通道式回撤工艺,在顶板应力显现、回撤速度、经济支出等方面,依然存在很大优势。为了深入研究2种回撤工艺的优劣及适用性,通过对黑龙沟煤矿、酸刺沟煤矿多次现场回撤数据进行量化分析,对2种回撤工艺顶板应力显现、经济支出、劳动强度等方面进行了比较分析。分析结果表明,自采通道式回撤工艺在陕北地区优势明显。
The National Energy Shendong Coal Group Company has introduced and improved the multi-channel retracement process from the fully mechanized mining face with many improvements,and has become the industry standard for rapid moving process of fully mechanized mining face with the advantages of safety,speed and efficiency.At present,the multi-channel retracement process for large-scale coal mines in the Jin,Shan,and Mongolia regions is widely used,and almost completely replaces the self-propelled channel retracement process of the original rail transportation.The traditional self-propelled channel-type retraction process still has great advantages in terms of roof stress,retracement speed,and economic expenditure.In order to deeply study the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the two retracement processes,through the quantitative analysis of the multiple on-site retracement data of Heilongjiang Coal Mine and Suancigou Coal Mine,the stress on the roof of the two retracement processes,economic expenditure,labor intensity of the two kinds of retracement technologies were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the self-mining channel retracement technology has obvious advantages in northern Shaanxi.
