摘要
介绍了水利水电工程建设监理的主要任务和特点,分析了当前水利工程监理工作中存在主要问题,并针对这些问题和如何有效提高水利工程监理效率提出了相应的对策和建议。
An introduction was made on main tasks and characteristics of construction supervision for water conservancy and hydropower project, based on which the author analyzed major problems existing in current supervision work, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for effectively improving the supervision efficiency.
