矿山巷道支护用40U型钢热轧工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对河钢唐钢大型线矿山巷道支护用40U型钢热轧生产中存在的问题,分析了轧制道次分配、配辊设计、孔型设计、轧槽冷却等对产品质量及产量的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。通过重新分配轧制道次、优化孔型设计、制作专用轧槽冷却装置、调整腹板及腿部压下量、重新配置孔型中性线等,热轧40U矿用型钢生产稳定,机时产量提高了39%,一次合格率提高到98%,成材率提高到94%,产品质量和尺寸得到显著改善,同时辊耗、燃料、电耗等大幅下降,年可增效480万元。 In view of the existing problems in hot rolling production of 40U section steel used for tunnel support in Tangsteel,the effect of rolling pass distribution,roll distribution design,pass design and trough cooling on product quality and output are analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures are put forward.By redistributing rolling passes,optimizing pass design,making special slot cooling device,adjusting web and leg reduction,reconfiguring pass neutral line,the production of hot-rolled 40U mining section steel is stable,hourly machine output is increased by 39%,primary qualification rate is increased to 98%,finished product rate is increased to 94%,product quality and size are improved significantly.And the roll consumption,fuel,power consumption are significant decreased,which increases efficiency 4.8 million yuan.
