摘要
目的探讨类风湿关节患者的疾病活动度的相关性因素。方法选择111例RA患者和72例健康体检者作对照,检验患者的血脂水平,包括血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白高胆固醇。结果RA患者的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白高胆固醇水平均高于健康体检者,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于健康体检者。结论类风湿关节患者的疾病活动度与血脂水平密切相关,其中血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白高胆固醇水平与健康体检者有明显差异。
Objective To investigate the correlation factors of disease activity in patients with rheumatoid joints.Methods A total of 111 RA patients and 72 healthy subjects were selected as controls to test the serum lipid levels,including serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein high-cholesterol.Results The serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein high-cholesterol levels of RA patients were higher than those of healthy subjects,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that of healthy subjects.Conclusion The disease activity of patients with rheumatoid joints is closely related with the level of serum lipid.The serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein high cholesterol levels are signifcantly diferent from those of healthy subjects.
