摘要
众多企业试图通过商业模式创新获得生存和发展的机会,但仅有极少数企业成功实现了商业模式创新,大部分企业不同程度地遭受着商业模式创新失败。商业模式创新失败这一情境所蕴含的价值尚未获得足够重视,其对企业后续商业模式创新的影响鲜有研究涉足。因此,基于扎根方法,通过多案例研究挖掘商业模式创新失败对后续商业模式创新活动的影响,本文构建了商业模式创新失败对后续商业模式创新的作用机制模型,并进行了机理分析。研究发现:从创新者个人层面看,商业模式创新失败会促使创新者对先前商业模式创新活动进行反思,进而影响知识获取和后续商业模式创新目标的设定;从创新团队层面看,商业模式创新失败影响了创新者再次商业模式创新的意愿,这一意愿受到团队包容的影响,会推动后续商业模式创新。本文从商业模式创新失败的角度拓展并深化了商业模式创新相关理论,为企业通过商业模式创新实现发展提供一定指导。
Large amounts of enterprises are trying to survive and develop through business model innovation.Unfortunately,only a few of enterprises have succeeded in business model innovation,and most enterprises are suffering from the danger of business model innovation failure to varying degrees.However,business model innovation failure hasn’t got enough attention,and its impact on subsequent business model innovation activities of enterprises is barely mentioned in the previous studies.Therefore,it explored the influence of business model innovation failure on subsequent business model innovation through multi?case study based on grounded theory,constructed and analyzed the model of business model innovation failure on subsequent business model innovatlon.Results show that business model innovation failure makes innovators reflect on previous business model innovation activities,which can affect knowledge acquisition and subsequent goal setting of business model innovation;business model innovation failure affects innovators'willingness to innovate in their business models again,which is influenced by team inclusion and drives subsequent business model innovation.It expands and deepens business model innovation theory from the perspective of business model innovation failure,and provides theoretical guidance for enterprises seeking development through business model innovation.
