摘要
抚顺东露天矿采用单斗-铁道工艺进行开采作业,铁路运输过程中常常会出现钢轨磨损现象,给安全生产造成了较大的影响,最为突出的是小曲线半径钢轨。通过研究生产过程中运输系统存在的问题,分析造成小曲线半径钢轨及道岔磨损的原因,提出调整曲线回调、强化线路养护等解决办法,以减少列车车轮与钢轨磨损的发生,延长钢轨的使用寿命,节省生产成本支出。
Fushun east open-pit mine adopts the single-bucket-railway technology for mining operations,rail abrasion often occurs during railway transportation,which has a great impact on safety production,the most prominent is the small radius curve rail.Through the research of production problems,reasons of rail abrasion and rail turnout wear,line heightening and strengthening the line maintenance,in order to reduce rail abrasion,extending the service life of rails and saving production cost expenditure.
