奥氏体耐热钢SA-213TP310HCbN采用ERNiCr-3焊接接头性能试验及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对比分析奥氏体耐热钢SA-213TP310HCbN现有可选焊接材料,认为ERNiCr-3是焊接SA-213TP310HCbN的优选方案,对采用ERNiCr-3焊接的SA-213TP310HCbN接头性能进行了试验,并分析研究其应用性。结果表明,采用ERNiCr-3焊接的SA-213TP310HCbN接头常温性能满足焊接工艺评定和试件检验标准的要求,接头高温短时拉伸性能能够达到母材的要求,能够满足工程应用的要求。可对焊丝ERNiCr-3焊缝金属室温抗拉强度进行规定作为内控标准,以更好地保证接头性能。 By comparing and analyzing the available welding materials for austenitic heat-resistant steel SA-213TP310HCbN,it is considered that ERNiCr-3 is the best choice for welding SA-213TP310HCbN.The performance of welded joints obtained by welding SA-213TP310HCbN with ERNiCr-3 is tested,and the application of these welded joints is analyzed.It is considered that the room temperature properties of welded joints of welding SA-213TP310HCbN with ERNiCr-3 can meet the requirements of welding procedure qualification and test specimen inspection standards,and the short-term tensile properties of welded joints at a high temperature can meet the requirements of base metal and engineering applications.
