摘要
随着智能变电站的发展,各类智能监测设备和信息技术广泛应用于变电站现场,使得电力作业在线风险感知逐渐替代传统风险评估并成为电力作业安全预控和决策的重要辅助手段之一。考虑到变电站作业风险感知是一个复杂的多因素综合过程,结合系统工程学原理,综合人为、设备、环境3个方面的影响因素,建立变电站作业风险感知的相关要素体系并提取关键要素,再以关键要素为输入参数构建变电站作业风险云模型,结合三角模糊函数层次分析法获取云模型的相关期望、熵、超熵等数字特征,最后应用云模型来感知变电站现场作业的风险等级,为变电站作业项目的安全管控和决策提供指导意见。
With the development of smart substations,various kinds of intelligent monitoring equipment and information technology are widely applied in the substation site. As a result,the online risk awareness of power operation gradually replaces the traditional risk assessment and becomes one of the important auxiliary measures for power operation safety pre-control and decision-making. Since the awareness of substation operation risk is a complex multi-factor integrated process,in accordance with the principle of system engineering,a system of elements related to the substation operation risk awareness is established by combining three factors,i.e.,man-made,equipment,and environmental impact. In addition,the key elements are extracted,which are taken as input parameters to construct a substation operation risk cloud model. The digital characteristics of the cloud model such as expectation,entropy and hyper-entropy are obtained by triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Finally,the cloud model is used to sense the risk levels of substation site operation,providing guidance for the safety control and decision-making of substation operation projects.
