摘要
以60℃、65℃、70℃、80℃为起始温度,将推进剂置于DSC和TG试验仪中恒温两小时后直接升温进行DSC和TG试验,得到了该型推进剂各个温度下的热安全特征量和热分解参数。理论推导了表观活化能和温度的关系,并计算各个温度下该型推进剂的表观活化能E,线性拟合了表观活化能与温度的关系式。研究表明在60~80℃的温度,该型推进剂的表观活化能与温度呈线性关系。
In order to study the thermal decomposition and thermal safety performance of a four-component HTPB propellant at different storage temperatures,the propellant was placed in the DSC and TG tester at the initial temperature of 60,65,70 and 80℃.The propellant was kept at constant temperature for two hours at initial temperature.Then the DSC and TG tests were carried out by heating directly.The thermal safety characteristics and thermal decomposition parameters of the propellant at different temperatures were obtained.The relationship between the apparent activation energy and temperature was deduced theoretically,and the apparent activation energy E of the propellant at various temperatures after constant temperature treatment was calculated.The relationship between apparent activation energy and temperature was fitted.The results show that the apparent activation energy of the propellant has a linear relationship with temperature in the temperature range of 60~80℃.
