双光纤自聚焦透镜组件设计及光路仿真 被引量:3

摘要 采用ZEMAX软件对双光纤在线自检系统进行光路仿真,设计了双光纤自聚焦透镜组件。对双光纤自聚焦透镜组件的光能传输性能进行仿真测试及菲涅尔反射定理计算,差别在1%以内,说明在正常光路下,能量损耗来源主要是菲涅尔反射。对双光纤自聚焦透镜组件进行测试,仿真结果和试验结果差别在10%以内,证明了仿真结果的正确性。 The ZEMAX software was used to simulate the optical path of the dual-fiber built-in-test system,and a dual-fiber GRIN lens assembly was designed.The optical energy transmission performance of the dual-fiber GRIN lens assembly was simulated and the Fresnel reflection theorem was calculated.The difference is within 1%,indicating that the energy loss is mainly Fresnel reflection under normal light path.The test of the dual-fiber GRIN lens assembly was carried out.The simulation and test results are within 10%,which proves the correctness of the simulation results.
