摘要
随着对宫颈癌发病机制的逐步深入研究,抑癌基因异常甲基化与宫颈癌的密切关系越来越受到重视。尽管甲基化标志物的开发还处于早期阶段,但它们已经显示出作为一种分子分类方法的强大前景。本文主要总结了宫颈癌的DNA甲基化研究进展,包括配对盒基因1(PAX1)、性别决定基因1(SOX1)、Ras相关区域家族1A基因(RASSF1A)和ZNFS82等,深入研究这些抑癌基因,可为宫颈癌的早期筛查、诊断及新治疗方案的探索提供良好的应用前景。
With the further research on the pathogenesis of cervical cancer,the close relationship between abnormal methylation of tumor suppressor genes and cervical cancer has been paid more and more attention.Although the development of methylation markers is still in its early stages,they have shown great promise as a molecular classification method.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of DNA methylation in cervical adenocarcinoma,for example PAX1,SOX1,RASSF1A and ZNF582,and further studies on these tumor suppressor genes can provide a good application prospect for the early screening,diagnosis and exploration of new treatment of cervical cancer.
