摘要
建立了车架总成受力简化模型,分别计算原平台燃油车和原平台新能源车车架应力分布,原平台新能源车安全系数和每百万破坏数未达标,通过对截面宽度、高度和厚度进行优化新平台新能源车车架应力分布合理,安全系数和百万破坏数满足要求。基于确定的截面宽度、高度和厚度建立有限元分析模型,大大节省重复修改数模时间,提高设计效率。
Build the simplified model of frame force,Calculating the stress distribution of the frame of the original platform fuel vehicle and the original platform new energy vehicle.Safety factor and damage per million of new energy vehicles on the original platform are not up to standard,by optimizing the width,height and thickness of the frame cross section,the stress distribution of the frame of the new energy vehicle on new platform is reasonable,and the safety factor and millions of damages meet the requirements.The finite element analysis model is established based on the determined section width,height and thickness,which greatly saves the time of repeated modification and improves the design efficiency.
