摘要
针对饲料中DNS法测定还原糖的影响因素进行研究,判定不同浓度葡萄糖溶液进行还原糖测定时溶液pH值、显色时间、测定波长对试验结果的影响。结果显示,在不同浓度葡萄糖溶液中,显色时间的长短对测定还原糖无显著影响,在碱性条件下测定,波长在494~510 nm间无明显差异,在此条件下数据稳定性较好。
Determining factors in the reaction of dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS) reagent with reducing sugar were studied in the enzyme-containing feed. The study involved considerations of solution pH, incubation times, reading wavelength,together with sugar concentration. The statistical results showed that the length of coloration time in different concentrations of glucose solution has no significant effect on the determination of reducing sugar. Under alkaline conditions, there is no significant difference in wavelength between 494 nm and 510 nm. Under these conditions, the data stability is better.
