摘要
开展视障读者阅读活动是公共图书馆肩负的职责与使命,有助于保障视障群体的基本文化权益。真人图书馆是苏州图书馆开展视障读者活动的创新举措,取得了良好的社会效益,其经验值得借鉴和推广。公共图书馆打造真人图书馆品牌活动还需注重运行机制、组织协调机制、社会力量参与的合作机制和成果的开发与保障机制。
It is the duty and mission of public library to carry out reading activities for visually impaired users,which helps to protect the basic cultural rights.The living library is an innovative measure for Suzhou Library to carry out the activities for the visually impaired users,which has achieved good social benefits,and whose experiences worth learning and promoting.Public library should also pay attention to the operating mechanism,organizational and coordinating mechanism,cooperating mechanism with the participation of social forces,and the development and guarantee mechanism of achievements in building the brand activities of living library.
