摘要 基于电力企业的行业特点,从企业经营能力和创新能力两方面出发,选取可体现电力企业特征的经济技术指标和广泛应用创新评价指标构建电力企业创新竞争力评价指标体系;选取7家具有较强国际竞争力的电力企业,基于2012-2017年各企业的真实数据,运用G2-灰色关联度分析(GRA)方法对各指标进行相对精确的赋权,以理想方案为基准,采用灰色关联度测度方法评价各企业指标数列与理想方案数列的关联程度并进行排序,从而得到各企业创新竞争力的优劣次序。研究结果表明,我国国家电网和南方电网在保持目前技术优势的同时应充分重视全球电力市场的竞争,选取适宜的科技发展方向,加大科技创新力度,提高科技创新质量和科技成果转化效率,进一步扩大行业领先优势,提升企业创新竞争能力。 Based on the characteristics of electric power enterprise,we build an evaluation index system for innovative competitiveness of electric power enterprises,which includes economic and technological indicators selected from the perspectives of enterprise operation ability and innovation ability.We choose 7 international and excellent electric power enterprises,collect real data of all enterprises in 2012-2017,use G2-GRA method to relatively accurate weight for each indicator and evaluate the enterprises by the grey relational method,then we get the order of each enterprise's innovation competition ability.The results show that SGCC and CSG have technological advantages at present,but they should pay attention to the competition in the global power market and select the appropriate development direction,increase the intensity of scientific and technological innovation,improve the quality of innovation and the efficiency of achievement transformation,expand leading edge and enhance enterprises innovation competitiveness.
