摘要
盾构在富水砂卵石地层中掘进时,有时会在土舱形成一种特殊泥饼,给工程施工的顺利进行造成极大的困难。文章以北京地铁16号线西苑站-万泉河桥站区间为工程依托,首先对盾构在砂卵石地层中掘进时形成的特殊泥饼进行研究,分析了该特殊泥饼的形成机理及预判依据;然后通过泥饼溶解试验研究出了一种能够较好溶解该泥饼的新型混合溶液;最后结合试验结果提出了针对该特殊泥饼的处理与控制技术。实际工程应用效果表明,该特殊泥饼得到了很好的解决,可应用于盾构不便开舱情况下的泥饼清理。
A kind of special mud cake might be formed in earth chamber during shield construction in water-rich sandy cobble stratum, which causes many difficulties for smooth construction. Based on the running tunnel section of Xiyuan station-Wanquanheqiao station of Beijing metro line 16, the special mud cake formed during shield tunnelling in sandy cobble strata was studied, the formation mechanism and basis of pre-judgement of special mud cake were analyzed;a kind of new mixed solution which can better dissolve the mud cake was developed through dissolution test;the treatment and control technologies for the special mud cake were proposed in light of the test results. Case application shows that the problem of special mud cake has been well solved and the solution can be used to dissolve mud cake when it′s not convenient to open the chamber.
