摘要
描述了某轻客前雾灯支架失效形式,并对前雾灯支架的失效原因进行了详细分析。根据失效原因制定优化方案,在允许的空间尺寸和重量范围内进行了材料和结构的改进设计,并应用Hyperworks软件进行CAE分析优化及道路耐久试验验证。计算和试验均表明,改进后的结构强度和寿命完全符合定型产品要求,其改进设计方法对类似部件的结构设计具有参考意义。
The failure modes of a light bus front fog lamp bracket are described,and the failure reasons of the front fog lamp bracket are analyzed in detail.According to the failure reasons,the optimization scheme is formulated,and the material and structure are improved within the allowable space size and weight range.The CAE analysis and optimization and road durability test are carried out by using Hyperworks software.Calculations and tests show that the strength and life of the improved structure fully meet the requirements of shaped products,and the improved design method has reference significance for the structural design of similar components.
