摘要
目的探讨实施细节管理对提高消毒供应中心工作质量和降低风险事件的影响。方法我院消毒供应中心自2018年1月—12月开始实施细节管理,收集研究期间相关护理人员与消毒样品的资料,并以2017年1月—12月采取常规护理管理时的相关数据资料与其进行对照。观察细节管理实施前后消毒供应中心护理人员工作质量,器械清洗、包装、灭菌质量以及风险事件发生率。结果实施细节管理后器械清洗、包装、灭菌质量及护理人员工作质量较实施前有明显提高,护理风险事件由实施前的7.33%下降至0.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院消毒供应中心实施细节管理可有效提高工作质量,降低风险事件发生率,保障患者就医安全,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the influence of details management on nursing quality and risk events in sterilization and supply center.Methods From January to December 2018,the general data of the nurses and samples was collected since the details management system and methods were implemented.From January to December 2017,the general data for routine nursing was collected.The quality of nursing,instrument cleaning,packaging and sterilization as well as incidence rate of risk events was probed.Results The quality of instrument cleaning,packaging,sterilization and nursing was significantly higher than before,the incidence rate of risk events was decreased from 7.33%to 0.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion The details management can reduce the risk event rate,and improve the nursing quality and safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
