摘要
为了解决硫化物排放所带来的环境问题,本文通过浸渍法将活性组分磷钨酸负载到用二氧化锡改性的二氧化锆载体上,以HPW/SnO2-ZrO2为催化剂、双氧水为氧化剂对模拟柴油进行催化氧化脱硫研究,考察制备条件和反应条件对脱硫率的影响,得到以下优化的催化氧化条件:HPW负载量(质量分数)为20%,反应温度40℃,反应时间2.5 h,O/S=8,催化剂用量0.1 g;在最优条件下二苯并噻吩(DBT)的脱除率达到99.8%;采用BET、XRD、FT-IR、TG和NH 3-TPD等分析手段对催化剂的结构性能进行了表征。
Our work aim to solve the problem of the emission of sulfide.Phosphotungstic acid supported catalysts were prepared by impreg nating supported heteropoly acid(HPW),an active component of phosphotungstic acid,with tin dioxide modified zirconia as supp ort.Catalytic oxidation desulfurization of model oil with HPW/SnO2-ZrO2 as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant was studied.The effects of preparation conditions and reaction conditions on desulfurization rate were investigated.The optimal catalytic oxidation conditions were obtained:20%(wt)HPW/SnO2-ZrO2,T=40℃,t=2.5 h,O/S=8,catalyst dosage=0.1 g.The removal rate of dibenzothio phene(DBT)reached 99.8%.At the same time,BET,XRD,FT-IR,TG and NH 3-TPD were used to characterize its structure and properties.
