摘要
为解决由于电弧炉负载高度非线性所造成的严重电压波动和闪变,本文首次提出了一种基于故障限流器的电弧炉电压波动和闪变的抑制装置,该装置具有运行状况损耗小、无需控制、抑制效果显著等优点。本文首先介绍了国家标准中电压波动和闪变针对电弧炉的具体规定,然后阐述了故障限流器的基本原理及抑制装置的作用原理,再根据实际电弧炉的运行特征及电弧特性给出了用于电压波动和闪变分析的电弧炉仿真模型,最后通过仿真,分析对比仿真结果,验证本文所提出新装置的有效性和经济性。
For solving the severe voltage fluctuations and flicker due to highly nonlinear load of the electric arc furnace,in this paper,a kind of device suppressing electric furnace voltage fluctuation and flicker based on fault current limiter is proposed for the first time.The device has such advantages as low operating loss,no need for control,and significant suppression effect.In this paper,the specific regulations for voltage fluctuations and flicker in China national standards for EAF is introduced at first.Then the basic principle of the fault current limiter and the working principle of the suppression device are described.The simulation model of EAF for voltage fluctuation and flicker analysis is given in accordance with the operation characteristics and arc characteristics of the actual EAF.Finally,the simulation result is analyzed and compared through the simulation and the both effectiveness and economy of the new device proposed in the paper is verified.
