摘要
针对当前已用于弹道修正引信的磁力矩电机无法同时满足尺寸限制与输出转矩要求的问题,提出了适用于弹道修正引信的聚磁式磁力矩发电机。该电机气隙处磁密的幅值达到了1.9 T,比单个永磁体高出50%左右,具备良好的聚磁性能,减小了电机的轴向尺寸。仿真计算结果表明,电机在各转速差下的负载转矩至少高于弹道修正引信气动力矩的20%,能够满足某型固定鸭舵式二维弹道修正引信的修正能力要求。
To solve the problem that the output torque produced by operator cannot meet the acquirement,a spinning micro-generator with passive rotor used in the trajectory correction fuze was designed based on flux-concentrating effect and transverse flux theory and comparison between the structure of surface mounted and flux-concentrating generator.This kind of generator s topological structure and operating principle were introduced.The equivalent magnetic circuit model was establied.On the basis of traditional permanent magnetic generator s performance parameters calculation,the relation between this generator's load torque and its size was deduced with its size constraints used.The magnetic flux distribution and performance under no-load condition were aquired through simulation.Besides,under load condition,the load torque was also obtained.In addition,compared with the wind resistance moment in the diferent spinning velocity,the load torque yielded from generator is 20%higher than the wind resistance moment.Therefore,the design of this kind of generator could meet the requirement of corrention fuze.
