摘要 文章对国内采用的涡轮叶片榫齿加工方法成形铣削加工、拉削加工、缓进磨削加工、慢走丝线切割加工以及电解磨削的加工工艺原理、应用情况等作了简要介绍,并分析了各种加工工艺方法的优点及不足。 This paper briefly introduces the machining method of tenon tooth of turbine blade used in China, such as forming milling,broaching, greep-feed grinding, LS-WEDM and electrolytic grinding, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.
