摘要
采用质轻、耐腐蚀、回收率高的铝合金为主要材料对现有钢结构两层升降横移式立体车库进行改进,并利用Ansys大型有限元软件对整个主体框架和载车板结构在各种可能荷载工况作用下的力学性能进行分析,结果表明:铝合金材料在力学性能上完全可以满足车库正常使用要求。
Aluminum alloy with light weight,good corrosion resistance and high recovery rate is used as the main material to improve the existing two-story lifting and cross sliding stereo garage with steel structure,and mechanical properties of the whole main frame and vehicle carrying plate structure under various possible load conditions are analyzed by using Ansys large-scale finite element software.According to results,aluminum alloy material can completely meet the normal use requirements of mechanical properties of the garage.
