摘要
志愿者地理信息对于提升政府部门管理效能和公共服务质量具有十分重要的作用。本文系统梳理了近年来美、加、英、法、西等西方发达国家和部分亚非发展中国家相关政府部门成功使用志愿者地理信息的案例,客观剖析了国外政府部门成功使用志愿者地理信息的原因和经验,分析了政府部门使用志愿者地理信息面临的问题和挑战,旨在为我国政府部门使用志愿者地理信息提供基础参考。
Volunteer geographic information plays an important role in improving the management effectiveness and public service quality of government departments.This paper systematically reviews the cases of successful use of volunteer geographic information by relevant government departments in western developed countries such as the United States,Canada,Britain,France,Spain and other developing countries,and objectively analyzes the reasons and experiences of the successful use of volunteer geographic information by foreign government departments,and analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the government departments in the use of volunteer geographic information,aiming at providing a basic reference to Chinese government departments using volunteer geographic information.
