软弱围岩煤巷变形机理及控制研究

摘要 为解决同生安平煤业一盘区运输巷围岩严重变形失稳的难题,通过对原支护方案下软弱围岩变形破坏机理的分析,决定采用全断面高强锚注+U型钢支架联合支护方法进行围岩变形控制。结果表明:采用新方法联合支护后,顶、底板变形量、两帮移近量分别较原支护方案下降了79.2%、78.8%和79.7%,试验取得成功并获得良好效果。 In order to solve the problem of serious deformation and instability of surrounding rock of transportation roadway in No.6 panel of Tongsheng Anping Coal Industry,the paper analyzes the deformation and failure mechanism of soft surrounding rock according to the previous support scheme,and decides to adopt the combined support method of full-section high-strength bolting and U-shaped steel support to control the deformation of surrounding rock.The results show that the deformation of roof and floor and the displacement of two sides are reduced by 79.2%,78.8%and 79.7%respectively compared with the previous support scheme after using the new method.The test is successful and the results are good.
