摘要
以中天合创能源有限责任公司高盐矿井水深度处理工程的详细设计和投资概算为基础;对比了两种不同工艺路线的特点;简述了处理设备及设施的选型要点和建(构)筑物特征;介绍了项目概算、运行成本,并对经济效益进行了分析;总结了工艺设计中需要重点关注的问题;指出了脱盐、二次浓缩及蒸发结晶是矿井水深度处理整体工艺链的三个重要工艺环节,通过文章的介绍可为后续的高盐矿井水深度处理及资源化利用提供经验和参考。
Based on the detailed design and investment budget of the high-salt mine water treatment project of Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co.,Ltd.,the characteristics of two different process routes are compared,the key points for processing equipment selection and the characteristics of the buildings(structures)are briefly described,the project budget,operating costs and economic benefits are analyzed,the issues need to be focused on in the process design are summarized.It is pointed out that,desalination,secondary concentration and evaporation crystallization are three important process links in the process chain of mine water deep treatment.This paper can provide experience and reference for the subsequent deep treatment and resource utilization of high-salt mine water.
