摘要
为了实现永磁同步电机全速域无位置传感器控制,本文提出一种IPMSM在宽调速范围内准确获取转子速度与位置信息的混合观测器,在中高速域,采用省略低通滤波器的扩展滑模观测器估计电机转子速度与位置。在零低速域,采用注入电压信号频率为开关频率的高频方波注入法。为实现中高速与零低速的平滑切换,本文采用加权算法控制策略。仿真结果证明了本文提出的永磁同步电机全速域无位置传感器控制策略的的可靠性和有效性。
In order to achieve the sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor for full speed,a hybrid observer for IPMSM accurately acquiring rotor speed and position information in wide speed range was proposed.At medium and high speed ranges,the extended sliding mode observer without low pass filters was used for estimating the motor rotor speed and position and at zero or low speed ranges,the high frequency square wave injection method was used and the injection frequency was equal to switching frequency.In order to achieve smooth switching between low and high speed,the weighted algorithm was adopted in this paper.The reliability and validity of the proposed method were verified by simulation.
