摘要 为提高某款纯电动商务车续驶里程和加速性能,提出一种动力传动系统加装二挡变速器传动方案。以传动系统传动比为变量,分别建立纯电动商务车经济性和动力性优化目标函数,引入非负加权因子,将双目标优化函数转化为单目标优化数学模型,以最高车速和爬坡性能为约束,利用MATLAB遗传算法优化工具箱编写适应度优化函数,对传动系统传动比进行优化,通过CRUISE建立整车仿真模型,制定仿真任务,根据优化前、后传动比参数,进行仿真分析。结果表明:纯电动商务车续驶里程延长,加速性能提升。 In order to improve the driving range and acceleration of an electric commercial vehicle,a transmission scheme of power transmission system with two-speed was proposed.Taking the transmission ratio of transmission system as variate,the economic and dynamic objective function of the vehicle was established respectively.the double objective optimization function was transformed into a single objective optimization mathematical model with the introduction of non-negative weighting factor.The transmission ratio of transmission system was optimized by using the MATLAB genetic algorithm optimization tool kit to write fitness optimization function with the constraints of maximum speed and slope performance.A vehicle simulation model was built and the simulation task was developed by CRUISE.The simulation analysis was carried out according to the optimized former and rear transmission ratio.The results show that the electric commercial vehicle has longer driving range and stronger acceleration performance.
