摘要
采用尿素替代剂XD-N代替尿素进行棉布活性染料印花,结果表明,使用尿素替代剂XD-N对大部分颜色的上色率可以达到使用尿素的上色率;但是对于部分颜色尤其是青色系列对棉布的上色率还达不到同样的上色率。将尿素替代剂XD-N与尿素拼混印花,可以提高所有颜色的上色率,大幅减少了尿素的使用量,从而有效降低印染污水中的氨氮值。
Reactive dye printing of cotton cloth with urea substitute XD-N instead of urea was carried out.The results showed that the coloruptake of most colors with urea substitute XD-N could reach that with urea,but the coloruptake of some colors,especially the blue series,could not reach the same rate.By mixing urea substitute XD-N with urea,the color uptake of all colors could be increased,the amount of urea used could be reduced greatly,and the ammonia nitrogen value of printing and dyeing wastewater could be effectively reduced.
