微型种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中的效果及安全性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索分析在对青少年患者进行口腔正畸治疗时,应用微型种植体支抗的治疗质量评分与安全性。方法选择在2018年3月~2019年3月我院口腔科接受口腔正畸治疗的患者相关诊疗信息,并提取其中的86例青少年患者进行此次的实验研究,依据患者接受治疗的时间将患者分成对照组与实验组,每组中有患者43例。采用不同的治疗方法对患者进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规的正畸治疗,实验组患者采用微型种植体支抗治疗方式,并在治疗后依据患者在临床中的具体表现,统计治疗的效果以及患者不良发应发生情况。结果与对照组患者相对比,实验组患者的治疗质量评分更加的显著,不良反应发生几率更低,数据信息对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对青少年患者口腔正畸治疗时,微型种植体支抗治疗方法的治疗质量评分显著,并且可以有效的降低患者产不良反应的几率,治疗安全性较高,提高患者的生活质量等,在临床治疗中具有应用优势。
