摘要
合成了环己基桥联二茂稀土胺化物(CH2)5C(C5H4)2LnN(TMS)2(Ln=Nd,Sm,Er),并考察了其催化甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合性能。催化活性比同类桥联二(取代茂)稀土胺化物要高。稀土元素对催化活性影响很大,三种稀土元素活性顺序为Er>Nd>Sm。温度对聚合反应也有很大影响,发现Er配合物在15℃时催化活性最高。催化剂在75℃仍有一定活性,是目前失活温度最高的稀土胺化物催化剂。聚合反应服从一级反应动力学。
Cyclohexyl bridged bis(cyclopentadienyl)lanthanide amides(CH2)5C(C5H4)2LnN(TMS)2(Ln=Nd,Sm,Er)were synthesized and their catalytic property for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate was studied.Their catalytic activities are higher than those of previously reported bridged bis(substituted cyclopentadienyl)lanthanide amides.The rare earth element has great effect on catalytic activity which decreases in the order Er>Nd>Sm.The temperature also greatly affects the polymerization reaction.The erbium complex displays the best catalytic activity at 15℃.This catalyst shows its activity even at 75℃,which is the highest deactivation temperature for lanthanide amides.The polymerization is subject to the first order reaction kinetics.
