水貂出血性肺炎二联四价灭活疫苗的研制

摘要 为预防水貂出血性肺炎的发生,制备了水貂二联四价灭活疫苗,并进行了评估。对强致病性E、G和D型铜绿假单胞菌及H11基因型大肠杆菌进行了菌株的灭活,制备疫苗,对疫苗进行安全性检查、超剂量检查、最小免疫剂量确定、水貂攻毒保护试验及初步临床应用。结果表明,菌株灭活完全,平板上未见单一菌落出现,疫苗初步制备完成且安全检查试验中试管内未出现浑浊,超剂量检查试验中接种水貂未见不良反应。最小免疫剂量为0.5mL(5.0×10^8CFU)时对水貂起到完全保护,此时感染剂量为10 LD50个细菌,初步临床应用效果较好。本研究针对由铜绿假单胞菌和大肠杆菌感染引起的水貂出血性肺炎的预防和二联四价灭活疫苗的使用提供参考依据。 To prevent the occurrence of leech hemorrhagic pneumonia, an inoculumbivalent inactivated vaccine consisting of Pseudomonasaeruginosa and Escherichia coli was evaluated. Inactivation of strains, vaccine preparation, safety testing, overdose examination, minimumimmunization dose determination, and leech challenge test for highly pathogenic E, G and D Pseudomonas aeruginosa and H11 genotypeEscherichia coli Preliminary clinical application. The results show,There was no single colony on the complete plate inactivated by the strain,the initial preparation of the vaccine was completed and there was no turbidity in the test tube during the safety inspection test,there was noadverse reaction in the overdose test. Minimum immune dose of 0.5 mL (5.0 ×108 CFU) can protect mink completely. At this time, the infectiondose is 10 LD50 bacteria. The preliminary clinical application effect is good. The preliminary clinical application results showed betterresults. This study provides a reference for the prevention of leech hemorrhagic pneumonia caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E.coli infection and the use of a bivalent inactivated vaccine.
