摘要
工业地段的更新是当前我国城市建设的热点问题,其中非一线城市中的工业地段该如何更新是其中的一个难点。文章系统地分析了非一线城市在工业地段更新案例的数量等情况,接着指出非一线城市在工业地段更新方面所面临的问题,由此提出以改善市民生活、满足发展需求、增强城市活力、塑造工业景观等方面的突破点,力争为我国的工业地段更新事业(包括非一线城市)提供积极的借鉴。
The renewal of industrial areas is a hot topic in the current urban construction in China, among which howto renew industrial areas in non-first-tier cities is one of the difficulties. After systematically analyzingthe number of cases of industrial renewal in non-first-tier cities, this paper finds out the problems facedby industrial renewal in non-first-tier cities, and puts forward some breakthroughs in improving the lifeof citizens, meeting the development needs, enhancing the vitality of cities and shaping the industriallandscape. We will strive to provide some reference for the renewal of industrial areas in China, includingnon-first-tier cities.
