摘要
研制了适用于152.4 mm井眼的压缩式裸眼压裂封隔器。设计了胶筒防突机构及限位机构,显著提高了高温条件下封隔器的环空密封性能。在密封圈两侧增加了密封挡圈,增强了封隔器在高温条件下的密封可靠性。在充满120℃导热油、内径为160 mm的井筒中进行室内试验,封隔器的双向环空密封压力均达70 MPa。该封隔器在苏里格气田成功应用。为裸眼水平井分段压裂提供了技术保障。
The Compressed open hole packer in 152.4 mm hole was developed.Anti-extrusion mechanism and position-limit mechanism were designed to improve annular seal ability at high temperature and the sealing rings were added to improve sealing reliability at high temperature.The experiment was carried out in the wellbore of ID 160 mm under the condition of 120℃and the bidirectional annular sealing pressure reached 70 MPa.The packers have been applied in Sulige gas field successfully and provides technical support for segmental fracturing of open hole horizontal wells.
